Artpost!

Second assignment for Illustration one, "Portrait of a Monster". I fucking love Satyrs.

Bitty thing I finished up to thank a wonderful japanese doujinshi artist for sending me her books. Mmmmggghhh delicious CraigxTweek stuff I am in love <3 <3 <3

Tradesketch with [livejournal.com profile] levyrasputin who drew this for me in return <33 I'll try to color it later but I'm full up to the brim right now. MORE LLOYD AND CECILE PLEASE.

Hypothetical "chance meeting scene" set during Roberto's down time in Nice, DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THIS TEXT IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN MONSTER. GO READ/WATCH MONSTER INSTEAD OF CONTINUING IT IS KIND OF SPOILERY AAAAAA.

The weird mutual interest/"who the hell are you" lead them off train together...

To a restaurant where Roberto flirts and Grimmer deflects him irritatingly (still with the "who ARE you" annoyance).

Until dessert...

THIS STORY IS TO BE CONTINUED. When I have time you bet your ass I will be drawing it furiously.

Sorry for the fat post and obscure fandom <3 Go read Monster.

Oh god yes, Monster. Both monsters in this post, actually. Love the comic (SEEING THIS PAIRING MEETING FILLS ME WITH JOY YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND) but love your painting too. :D The color is fantastic as always, the mere thought of me trying to do watercolor like stuff...ugh. I'm sure the results wouldn't be nearly as spectacular if I were to try.

I AM SO GLAD YOU ENJOY MONSTER AND DOUBLY TRIPLY GLAD YOU APPRECIATE THIS PAIRING T__T As far as I know the Monster fandom is tiny and I don't think anyone has even considered putting these two together seriously - even though honestly they kind of have THE most slash potential of anyone in the series, aside from the fact that the damn awesome storyline didn't let them actually MEET.
I'm hoping to get more smooth with watercolor, really, it's an intimidating sort of medium XD I'm always scared by it, I want to get past that.
