soltianI've actually done this before, but I'm really off my rocker and doing it again. For some reason.
Please throw anything at me! I would LOVE to talk about characters endlessly.
Pick a fictional character from a fandom I know and I'll answer the following questions to the best of my abilities:

I do think so, in fact, he started to become more and more important up to the point where he was at his best, and then continued to be important even though (in my opinion) Kishimoto was robbing him of his charm.

Yes, I can totally relate to being a lazy reluctant fucker XD But since he stopped being that, it was harder. Oh god I'm so full of negativity I'm sorry.
4) How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from?
VERY tricky question-! I got my start in the Naruto fandom, it's where I first really got my hands dirtied. From day one I was hardcore for the series, back in the ToryiamaWorld days, and watched it slowly evolve to a huge hulking mass of GUUUHHHHHHHH.
I owe a lot to the fandom and I'm never gonna forget it <3 But for the most part, peace out.
5) Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by their relationship with any other character(s)? (romance-wise or platonic)
Am I ever not interested in ships~ My favorite relationships for Shikamaru are Ino, Chouji, Asuma, and Temari. I'm so boring and standard, I guess. Temari is probably my top favorite, I think they could make each other really happy.
6) Is there anything about the character you would change?
I'd keep him from going all badass and unrelateable like Kishimoto made him do :\ He needs to stay sympathizable, he didn't do that for me.
7) If you were in the fandom with this character or knew this character in real life, how do you see yourself interacting with him/her? (Would you get along well? Fall in love with? Dislike? Friendly rivalry? etc etc)
I don't know if I'd even notice him in real life, funnily enough. He's the kind of guy that just falls under the radar.

Nope, not one or the other. He was one of my favorites in the long long ago, in the beforetime, but not anymore.

Hmm, no...I'd tell anyone I was recommending Naruto to to stop after part one, and let them form their own opinion about what they're seeing.

Yes, I do think so! Or at least, he used to be. He's got a great stigma to him, I'll give him that :)

I cry. Seriously. I throw myself into a frenzy. He makes me all giddy and mushy inside :( I think about hypothetical situations where _______ and ______ happens and I see hamsters at the pet store that make me think of him and spend the rest of the week giggling with my roommate about it.
4) How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from?
Plenty, so far! Mostly because it's SO SMALL. And likely to STAY that way! I really do like small fandoms, and sad as it is to say this beautiful, brilliant series is not for everyone.

I would be weak at the knees and babble like an idiot. And I'd actually respect him too much to assault him, but if at all possible I'd wrap my arms around him and mumble "IloveyouIloveyouIloveyou" rapidly and incoherently. He would be confused.

I would and have XD I introduced a friend of mine to a series and we were crushing on Lunge (naturally) but I said to her AND CAN YOU BELIEVE..THAT LATER..COMES SOMEONE EVEN BETTER.

Whenever I think of Serpico, I kind of get sad. His backstory was incredibly compelling to me, but it's mostly how uh. Resigned his character seems sometimes? He wants Farnese to be happy but seems very lost, to me, now that she needs him a lot less. Like he doesn't know what to do with himself, so he just goes all domestic wifey and tries to take care of everyone else. It's adorable. Not one of my favourites, but I do like him.
2) Is he/she important to the general plot?
Somewhat, but probably not as much anymore.
3) Can you relate to this character at all? Do they grip you emotionally?
His relationship with his Mother and his dedication to Farnese grips me, but no. I can't relate to him on a personal level. I admire his selflessness because I'm not like that at all.
4) How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from?
Berserk? Not at all. It's mostly fanboys or people who repeatedly miss the point.
5) Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by their relationship with any other character(s)? (romance-wise or platonic)
Farnese a bit, but my major ship for him is Roderick. LOL YES B| DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT I think they would be adorable together.

More interaction with other characters outside of Farnese.

I don't think I'd notice him much, I'd be too busy swooning over his sister.

EEEE AT FIRST I DISLIKED HIM SO MUCH EVEN THOUGH I KIND OF SHIPPED HIM WITH JOHAN AT THE SAME TIME, BUT THEN HIS BACKSTORY CAME AND THE REVELATIONS CAME THAT HE WAS BASICALLY THE JOHAN TO GRIMMER'S NINA AND I WAS OTP'D AND I ENDED UP ADORING HIM ;_;

I love Ryouga, he's got like...some of the most enduring charm I've ever encountered.

Yeah, since Ranma loves him so much :) I REFUSE TO CENSOR MYSELF. But he's also Ranma's main rival for Akane and blah blah blah.

He's adorable, and very very pitiful. Since the series is so comedic I'm normally laughing at his misery, but his situation is genuinely sad thought of realistically.

Ranma/Ryouga. There's not all that much more I take away from the series, in the end.

I do sometimes wish Ranma characters were given the chance to expand a bit more, but that's what fandom's for, right? :)

That he is the most amazing inspiring man ever since Gai to me and I really adore him to pieces, seriously, and nothing should ever happen again to make him sad. He shows that you can still be youthful in your heart at a young age and that it's never too late to turn your life around and enjoy what you have :( despite shit in your past.

OOOOHHH the fun question. Uhm...well, lots and lots and lost of loving over the years but number one still has to be Orochimaru. Sasuke is a close second. Kakashi nipping in at third. Two much fan-created development for me to ever not love those.

I would most definitely make his life hell; he would be so sick of me after five minutes and I'd never leave him alone. He would, in REALITY, most likely kill me off very early. I always have to imagine I'm untouchable when I pretend to interact with him.
