Unfortunately devART is a big enough business so they can't really duck and cover from certain issues, such as the -in some instances certainly very very sad- fact that there exists real laws concerning the exhibition of adult, underaged and copyrighetd material. Being a total perv myself I am not totally happy, either, but in a way i have to bit my tongue and face harsh reality on this one. devART never aimed to be a provider of pornographic material (too bad, heh. I wouldn't mind an 18yrs+ only regulated part of the site), so the fact we all have gotten used to that we can "deviously post anything we want" on devART is basically mostly just because they previously forgot to clearly inforce these laws in their rules before (...morons).

The real crappy part is of coruse as always the moronic overzealous people who can't stand erotica nor nudity at all and want to take the opportunity to ban people. Unfotunately a lot of stupid moronic and overzealous people can be found in places of power all over the damn world, moderators and admins at devART included. Le sigh, no?
