Avatar: The Last Airbender

So I finally got to see it. Yeah I don't have cable or anything, I just abused youtube.com to the max until it submitted to me and called me master.
Opinion in a nutshell: freaking awesome. I mean, why else would I write a journal entry about it? The character designs are refreshingly original and wonderfully attractive, and naturally it doesn't stop there, that's just what drew me in. I didn't know that the universe of it and the creature designs were also so freaking kickass. The character development is utterly addictive, and yes it seems that I, like every other fangirl, have fallen madly in love with prince Zuko. Because I love angry bitches. Sokka and Katara come second, though I don't think I could pick one over the other. Three cheers for a girl that's not afraid to kick serious ass, and not be vain about it.

There's something I don't get, though, not that I should really be surprised XD This happens EVERY time I come across the fandom. I pick up the pairings I like almost at once, and when I go to the fandom, I don't find them, not only that but I find a whole buttload of pairings I never would have considered and mostly never wanted to see. Personally? I picked up some serious vibes for Aang/Zuko. But everywhere I look it's Zuko/Sokka. Dude I love Sokka and all but let's find someone else to pair him with other than Zuko. Thanks.

I think that's the important stuff. If anyone on my flist wants to discuss that'd kick ass XD

HAHA at my high school a bunch of us went through like this Avatar phase. I had no idea what it was until they are like WATCH WATCH WATCH and apparently they called me Prince Zuko for a while.

Ehehehehehehe, I love Sokka and Prince Zuko too. Angry scarred bitch, oh yes. I don't pair them though, I definitely got the Aang/Zuko vibe too. I had no idea they were putting Sokka and Zuko together. o_____O

P.S. One reason why I love both Sokka and Zuko is because Sokka's voice is done by one of the boys off of the original All That and Zuko's done by the guy who played Rufio in Hook. ♥

P.S.S. You forgot Zuko's uncle. HOW COULD YOU FORGET HIM? DO YOU NOT LIKE THE SILLY OLD MAN?

OH MY GOD FOR SOME REASON HE WAS NOT A MAJOR POINT ON MY MIND AT THAT POINT IN TIME. But I totally love him too, especially the part where he got naked. That was super hot :D (If you do a search for "Zuko" on DA you come up with like..five dozen pictures of him molesting Sokka.)

Honestly I'd much rather see Aang/Katara than Zuko/Katara. Really. I mean, it's canon, it's adorable, why argue with it?? WE DON'T NEED TO FIGHT AGAINST THE MAN. HONEST. Maybe I'm just into making Aang pair up with everyone (I have this mild thing for Aang/Sokka too) but he just works that way. Oh and I'd so go for Gio (IS THAT HOW YOU EVEN SPELL IT THE FIRE ADMIRAL WITH THE SIDEBURNS) x Zuko too.

Aang is like Naruto: Smiley, bouncy, and POLYGAMOUS. THERE IS NO ONE TRUE LOVE, THEY LOVE EVERYONE.

Zhao? Admiral Zhao? (I cheated and looked it up because...yeah.) XD But, yeah, I could go for Zhao/Zuko too. XD

hpdashfhaf, I kinda dig Zuko/Sokka, Aang/Zuko, AND Aang/Sokka. It's like, I feel like a lamer but all three are totally hot.

Katara is one of the most kickass female characters in the history of forever. I fucking LOVE her. But Sokka is my favorite, haha. I'm glad you saw it, it's such a wonderful series ♥

I guess I don't really see any attraction either way between Zuko and Sokka, really I can only picture Zuko with Aang or Zhao, since I can really feel the chemistry there. I'm actually succumbing quite quickly and sketching out a short Zuko/Aang/Zuko (mostly Aang/Zuko) doujin. Sokka is well deserving <3 He makes the cutest faces ever T__T
